Vanaja Ghose – Divorce Coach in Toronto
vanaja“I find my life’s purpose in coaching women who are trying to regain their balance in life after a divorce.” – Vanaja Ghose

Vanaja Ghose is a professional Life Coach from Toronto. She has been trained in the art of Ontological Coaching*, and certified by Accomplishment Coaching (www.accomplishmentcoaching.com), a world renowned ICF-accredited organization. Her special training with Barbara Stanny with Overcoming Underearning, and from the famed Financial Alchemy Process (abundanceandprosperity.com) enables her to help clients invite financial abundance into their lives. She is a member of ICF-Toronto. Vanaja is also an adult education facilitator, an accomplished visual artist (www.VanajaGhose.com), and loves to sing for her art groups.

Vanaja discovered the importance of divorce coaching after going through her first divorce on her own. This brought her face to face with the pain, guilt, confusion, frustration and loneliness that cloud the mind of divorced women who are desperately trying to get on with their lives. She was further put to the test when she had to pull herself back into normal life after spinal cord injuries from a devastating accident in 1996 left her severely disabled. This was the turning point. Sheer determination, supportive family and friends, and later the support of a compassionate no-nonsense coach, helped her pull through this difficult time and realize that life is what YOU make of it.

Today, she coaches people to help them see that our biggest roadblocks come from within us just as true healing, abundant growth and amazing success also begin in the mind.

“Most women are stuck in a rut after their divorce”, says Vanaja. “I help them find their way out. My greatest strength is my ability to be an objective listener who uses powerful questions that set my clients thinking.”

Vanaja helps divorced women:

  • Deal with issues that follow divorce (like low self-esteem, money, relationships, career, business, etc)
  • Live empowered, responsible lives
  • Create a healthy relationship with money
  • Know, love and accept themselves
  • Be responsible for their circumstances
  • Rediscover the wonder and beauty of relationships (old and new)
  • Build successful careers with enough TIME for everything
  • Invite abundance and richness into their lives

According to Vanaja, the most important role of divorce coaching is to help women break through negative patterns and defeating thoughts. “Instead of simply moving from one circumstance to another, your relationship to your circumstances shifts, and who you are being as well as what you are doing shifts once and for all.”

She helps her clients shift their thinking so that they are not simply the victim of their circumstances, but artists of their own destiny.

This is when clients begin to experience an exponential increase in results, satisfaction, effectiveness, power and joy!

Note: Coaching is not therapy. If during our sessions you are found to be severely depressed, you will be guided towards a therapist.

*Ontology is a “way of being” – being powerful, being inspired, being and living on purpose. The “way of being” is a dynamic interaction between the way we use language, the way we express emotions and the way we hold ourselves (physiology, body posture).

Ontological coaching focuses on “being” instead of simply “doing”. By changing this perspective, whole new possibilities open before us – we think and we act differently. Our self-awareness increases, and consequently we begin to set new goals and take new actions. Ontological coaching causes a shift to happen within us by helping us see the world differently and by changing our point of view. The results are extraordinary!
